When a user deletes an eligible content asset, Auctra targets hard deletion within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal, billing, security, fraud prevention, backup, or dispute reasons.
6. Trust Panel and verification records
Auctra may retain Trust Panel and verification records with the related content asset.
These records may include:
- Claims checked
- Numbers verified
- Sources reviewed
- Source links where available
- Evidence notes
- Review status
- Verification timestamp
- Claims softened, rewritten, or removed
- Verification warnings
When the related content asset is deleted, Auctra deletes or anonymizes eligible verification records according to the same deletion timeline, unless retention is required for legal, security, or compliance reasons.
7. Brand Profile data
Auctra retains Brand Profile data while the account remains active or until the profile is deleted by the user.
Brand Profile data may include:
- Personal or company name
- Role or title
- Website URL
- Industry or niche
- Target audience
- Expertise areas
- Brand voice
- Products and services
- Keywords
- Topics to avoid
- Words or phrases to avoid
- CTA style
- Writing samples
- Credibility markers
When a Brand Profile is deleted, Auctra removes it from future generation workflows and targets deletion of eligible profile data within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal, security, backup, or dispute reasons.
8. Connected account data
If a user connects third party publishing or workflow platforms, Auctra retains connected account data only as needed to provide the integration.
Connected account data may include:
- Connection status
- Account identifiers
- Authorization data
- Publishing permissions
- Destination settings
- Publishing results
- Integration error logs
When a user disconnects a platform, Auctra revokes or deletes eligible connection data where technically possible.
Auctra may retain limited integration logs for security, audit, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
9. Billing and payment records
Auctra may retain billing and payment related records as required for tax, accounting, legal, payment processing, fraud prevention, chargebacks, and compliance.

Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained longer because it no longer identifies a specific user.

Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period until the relevant backup is overwritten or expires.
Auctra restricts access to backups and uses backups primarily for restoration, continuity, security, and disaster recovery.
If deleted data appears in backups, it is not restored into active systems except where needed for disaster recovery, legal obligations, security, or operational continuity.

After an account deletion request is verified, Auctra deletes or anonymizes eligible personal data and user content according to this policy.
