Auctra checks factual claims against available evidence in verified workflows. Unsupported claims may be flagged, softened, rewritten, or removed. Users remain responsible for final review before publishing.
What is a credit?
Credits are used for content actions inside Auctra. Simple drafts use fewer credits, while verified outputs, article generation, and active signal interests use more credits because they require more processing.
Can I choose annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives a 20% discount compared with paying monthly for 12 months. Annual subscribers pay upfront for the year, but plan credits are allocated monthly.
Are images included in the plans?
Verified articles include one featured image by default. Social post images are optional and can be generated using credits when a visual would improve the post.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can upgrade your plan or wait until your next credit allocation. Monthly subscribers receive credits each monthly billing cycle. Annual subscribers pay for the year upfront but receive their plan credits monthly.
Does Signal Discovery use credits?
Active signal interests use credits. Each active signal interest uses 3 credits per signal, while generation may use credits according to your plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription according to the terms shown during checkout and in the Refund Policy. Your plan access continues until the end of the active billing period unless otherwise stated.
Do you use my content to train AI models?
Auctra does not use customer content to train shared AI models unless the user explicitly opts in where such an option is provided.
